In connection of Sustainable Development Goal- 4 (Education for Sustainable development & Global citizenship) Anugyalaya, in collaboration with Pratham, is working towards ensuring the continuity of education for meritorious students from financially challenged families in Sikkim. In a state with limited livelihood opportunities, many families struggle to provide for their children's education, leading to potential dropouts despite academic potential.

By identifying 50 such families, Anugyalaya aims to provide essential support such as tuition fees and teaching-learning material to enable these students to continue their education. Through regular monitoring of student performance, the organization ensures that the support is effectively utilized and students can progress in their academic journey.

Moreover, Anugyalaya recognizes the importance of holistic development and leadership skills in children. To foster this, initiatives like Children Parliaments and other engagement activities are organized at schools and community levels. These activities aim to empower students and nurture their leadership qualities, creating well-rounded individuals poised for success in the future.

Additionally, Anugyalaya conducts awareness sessions in schools to address various issues identified in consultation with school authorities and local administration. By providing valuable knowledge and information, the organization strives to create a more informed and educated community.

With the technical expertise and support from Pratham, Anugyalaya ensures the effective implementation and periodic review of the project, guaranteeing its impact and sustainability. Through these concerted efforts, Anugyalaya is making a significant contribution towards promoting education, leadership, and awareness in Sikkim, thereby uplifting the lives of deserving students and their families.
